| My BC Story So Far: |
I went to my G.P. in April after finding a lump in my breast, I also had what appeared to be a boil on the outside. Two days later I had an appointment at the breast care unit and had the tests. A week later I was called back for a core biopsy and a CT scan.
The tests showed that I have hormonal BC, and the 'boil' was a fungating lesion.
The doctor said I dont need surgery, Its being treated with Tamoxifen and a Zoladec injection every 4 weeks, I also had a short course of steroids at the beginning. |
