I have been on Arimidex 5 and a half years ( hoping to stay on 8 to 10 years )
I was found to have Osteopenia 2 years ago and had to ASK to be given VitD /magnesium ( have you seen the price to buy off prescription ? ) My Oncologist told me I 'didn't really need it'...but then she's denied all the symptoms I have had.... bone pain, carpal tunnel, sweats, plantar fasiitis 'clicky' fingers were anything at all to do with Arimidex. Said I was the only one she had heard of that was complaining !!
Who does she think she's kidding...has she not read the insert in the Arimidex box, and listened to the tens of thousands of women complaining over in USA. Perhaps they're made differently to us ! At least their Oncs acknowledge their symptoms. Rosemary. |
