The pillow idea worked last night and I found that I could turn slightly on my side. I didnt get a good night not because of that but I have dropped my pain relief as was in pain with constipation, but now in discomford as Paracetamol and Ibuprofen not working as well so now back on the original meds. Did you have tingles and a feeling of prickly heat on your chest, nurses say it the nerves coming back but its quite uncomfortable. any ideas, what meds did you have? x |
