Lettuce give thanks

Sorry for the corny title! I am giving thanks though, for the lovely sunshine that makes it a pleasure to be out in my garden at the moment. I've planted babyleaf lettuce and lots of flowering shrubs in pots and they brighten the place up nicely. Had robins nesting in the garden, and I have enjoyed watching the parent birds feeding the young.
There are some benefits to being off work!!
